1199 kcal Fat: 29.24g | Prot: 32.59g | Carb: 135.34g.   Breakfast: high fiber chewy bar oats & caramel kroger, weight watchers string cheese, coffee. Lunch: Oikos Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt, del monte diced pears no added sugar, blue diamond chocolate almond milk, Fiber Therapy. Dinner: balsamic vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Whole Wheat Bread (Commercial), red bell pepper, Vegetable Soup (Low Sodium, with Water), Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), sweet leaf green tea, coffee. Snacks/Other: merlot wine, almonds. more...
