The weight is falling off! I am not denying myself food when I am truly hungry, so I think I must be detoxing or something after quitting unhealthy habits like sugar and increasing my water intake. keeping track of everything I eat and do again is prompting me to change my habits very quickly!

My friend is into Dr. Fuhrman, who wrote eat to live and eat for health- or something like that. For health, she thinks I would like his diet. Has anyone tried it?
132.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
