Weight is still stable and steady. I added more protein to my diet to see if that might help shake the rest of weight off.
The 5 more minutes on top of the 60 I was doing on the elliptical has been amazing. I was barely breaking 500 calories burned at 60 minutes alone. Today I did 577 calories (and 4.56 miles distance). I was 151.8 post workout, so we'll see what happens tomorrow.
