Setbacks are a part of life, including those that are self-induced. One of the most important things I've learned from cutting fat is that the faster I face that sh^t up, take the learning, if any, and focus forward amd positive, the better. Every second spent in avoidance, rumination or self recrimination is wasted. Love your approach. More wins coming your way soon.
