Wow so glad I was able to weight in. Enen more happier I lost 4lbs..
317.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 117.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yippee! See - you CAN do this! Just do one meal at a time, and one day at a time. It is a lifestyle change, not a diet.

That eactly the way I am looking at it. This is something I need to do for rest of my life not just to lose the weight but also to eat healthier. Being a nurse I see so many ppl with health problems from being over weight. I dont want to be my own worst enemy anymore
