I'm starting to get a little bored. I tend to eat the same things over and over because I know what the calorie count, etc. is. There aren't many options in the work cafe.

My own fault.
190.6 lb Lost so far: 37.4 lb.    Still to go: 54.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
