Diet is going well. Cravings for sugar have diminished quite a bit. Really getting into this.
206.5 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 6.3 lb a week

I am still going to eat fruit (nature's candy), organic & baked potato chips, low-calorie popcorn, low-fat cheese and MAYBE once in awhile a 1/2 cup of low-fat ice cream. This is my new healthy regiment of snack foods. I will still lose the wait. Just you wait and see.
