I feel good about this weigh in. 212.6 on a Monday!

Survey says, 212.0 is my record low. I know I will kill that this week! Yes! So many weeks around this weight, and while I am stressing about it a little, I am also OK with it. Sounds weird I know. Seems I have been hovering since early June. However my fitness level is way higher.

Yesterday we ate properly for the most part. I overdid it a little again, but it was whole nice foods for the most part. Or foods I dont consider "bad". Yes, my graham crackers came from a box, what the F else do you think? Organic Grahams? Homemade Grahams? Stop the insanity people, and just light your money on fire.

OK, rant off. I guess you can see how I feel about food snobs and the organic whole food community. I dont think they are bad, but I think there is a happy medium like everything else in life.

Anyway, back to the story at hand. Yesterday I made some almond butter from almonds I roasted (I sound like a food snob now! jeesh). And ate quite a bit of that on graham crackers (from a box!) I also had a healthy breakfast of scrambled eggs with peppers and onions (Western Scramble.) And I finished it off by eating popcorn with real butter on the sofa while being very lazy and watching TV. There were also many naps in the mix! It was my day of rest.

Today, gonna try and do this right! Had my cereal. Got fruit for snacking this week, and reloaded my cereals.

Today I am grateful.
