The scales are teasing me. Just 1/2 pound to go to get to that 11 stone Easter target!!

Anyway, I stuck reasonably well to my diet plan yesterday, although did have to eat the two Cadbury's Mini Eggs on top of the cake my little boy made for me at nursery yesterday (he ate the cake)! The naughtier thing was sharing a bottle of wine with my husband. Well, I did get my bonus yesterday, and it was a virtual Friday with today being a bank holiday and everything!!

The worst thing I did was miss my scheduled Dyna-Band workout. I was supposed to do it after work, but by the time I'd put DS to bed, we'd had dinner, I'd done some studying and some Fatsecreting, it was almost 10pm and the bottle of wine was calling! Anyway, I'm going to make up for it today by doing a double Dyna-Band workout, as well as some bonus cardio since I'm home all day.

154.5 lb Lost so far: 55.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

hmmmmm wine... that might be on the menu tonight! nothing wrong with some red wine, in fact the good Dr. encourages it. So you had a weeks worth in one night. I am sure what you did after the bottle helped to burn it off, lol. Just kidding!

You've still got a couple of days to melt off that 1/2 pound before Easter! But either way, you are making steady progress so there is nothing to be disappointed about there. Good luck with your double work out and have a Good Friday!

You are doing so great!!! I'm trying to get into the mode of exercising and I really admire your dedication to it. Right now I'm just walking (4 miles yesterday over lunch) but I bought a bike this morning and also I'm getting a salsa exercise DVD. I know my girls will join in with me so it should be fun and I can stick with it! I really think you'll make that Easter goal!!! Go girl!

Way to get back on track and hitting it hard! YOU can do it!! 1/2 pound in 2 days... so DOABLE!! Attack it as bad as you want it!!! :)

Thanks everyone - I've just to try to buck my usual trend of gaining a little back over the weekend, and this extra long Easter weekend is going a tough one! Still, all your support, and the start of the Around the World challenge is certainly a big help!!
