Oh boy! Enough is enough! I've been telling myself this since January but I don't follow thru. Today is the day I must start turning this around. I've been up 20 lbs, I barely have anything that fits, plus summer is around the corner. I gain my weight around the waist. I feel so chubby. I'm very disappointed with myself. I did this last year and promised myself not to do this again. During 2010 I've kept up the exercise but my eating is horrid. I've discovered as I age I must do both. Plus it gets harder and harder. Today I bought groceries... I'm ready. NO MORE EXCUSES!
162.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Welcome back! I'm sure jessy and the others will be happy to see you too. You were missed and we were a bit worried when you suddenly stopped posting. Now you are back and it's clear that you are quite determined. Just stick around and keep on trying. I have no doubt at all that you will be successful at reaching your goal shortly! :-)

Hello, welcome back! It's been a while... I'm very happy to see you back on here. Seems to be time to turn things around, like you said. You sound determined and motivation is the most important thing to lose weight. You know you have my support too! You can do it and I know you will!
