Holding steady at 155 - not sure that I'm going to make my next mini goal in time for Easter. It's only one teeny tiny pound, but the Easter weekend starts tomorrow and I am quite worried about my ability to stay under control when faced with all that chocolate. :(

However, I did manage quite well when my husband presented me with the biggest bar of chocolate I've ever seen for Valentines:

I actually didn't eat it all in one go, but broke it into little pieces and shared it with my family and friends over a couple of weeks - that's real progress for me, so hopefully I can do something similar with the Easter goodies!

I'd say I stuck 95% to my food plan yesterday. I find studying so boring, it just makes me feel hungry! I didn't eat anything bad, but I did have a few more snacks than usual and so once again my total calorie intake was above what I like to aim for mid-week.

However, at least I managed to stick 100% to my exercise plan. Yesterday's workout was taken from Rosemary Conley's Shape Up & Salsacise DVD. I did the full 30 minute dance workout for the first time (not as hard as I'd feared), followed by the two 10 minute toning routines.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

OMG... I LOVE LOVE LOVE YOUR PICTURE. I am laughing so hard. Great job on sticking to your food plan. You can make it thru this weekend. Everytime u have an urge for just one bite (which usually means binge and go for me), walk away and say to yourself... If I wait one hour and still want it bad, then allow yourself ONE BITE. Then keep doing it. I find that I have days that I need to take it one hour at a time, not one day... we can do this!!!!!!

That is some bar of chocolate! You've obviously done well with how much of it you ate because your chart is moving in the right direction. So I am sure you will do fine with the Easter temptations. Keep at it!

That looks better than any easter candy I have seen, well done on your will power to share the wealth and make it last! I am not too tempted by the easter candy yet, I went looking for some but everything looks so nasty..peeps..Ig..cheap chocolate marshmellows and chocolate bunnies..retch..now the cadbury eggs, and peanut butter eggs..those are a little tempting, but over half my daily fat budget fo a bite of sweety is not worth it! If i had that chocolate bar I'd make room though, it looks like it came straight from Willy Wonka's Factory!

Aw WOW... that's an AWESOME bar of chocolate Leanne! Somehow I'm not sure I would have had the willpower to not go eating all of it. Alas, getting better - but I would have definitely not wanted to share that one! Fantastic to hear that your holding steady - there's still time for you to blast that little pound away. Just keep focusing on 11 stone or less... here me and Sue come! I'll be rooting for you and KNOW you CAN do it! Hope you have a lovely Easter weekend... lol, I'm going to have a couple of lay-ins after getting up at the crack of sparrows for the last two days. :o)

Wow I would love to nibble on that chocolate for days. What kind of chocolate is that anyways? I know they make King Size candy bars but nothing like that though lol. I know you will do great this weekend we believe in you. Happy Easter to you and your family hes a cutie by the way!!

Thanks everyone!! The chocolate is from Hotel Chocolat, which is the most amazing treasure trove of "real" chocolate. We had a store open in Southampton just before Christmas. I think that's where I'll be going this afternoon to buy my mum's Easter egg, but I've given hubby strict instructions NOT to buy me an Easter egg there, in fact not at all!!
