Up a bit today to 214.8.

Yesterday was a low-impact cheat day. I made crock pot mexican type chicken to make tacos and burritos with. We enjoyed some nachos too, and sour cream, and a few bad things to make it more cheat like. Good news is there is LOTS of the chicken left, which will make a base for many healthy dishes the next few days.

I also made some cream cheese lupia (egg roll type deals) with crab and cheese inside for lunch/snack per my Daughters frequent requests. But the star of that show, was banana/peanut butter/chocolate chip stuffed egg rolls topped with honey and powdered sugar. Make you slap your momma to get more! mmmmm. I cant seem to find that in the DB.

Thoughts for someday... funnel cakes!

Darn it, forgot to check in for my bike challenge.

Did homework for about 8 hours today, yes.. 8 hours. I am done with classes for about a month. I also got good news is that I get credits for all my numerous "big money" certifications. Bad news is, I am in need of many more "upper level" credits because of this. This essentially sucks! I will probably stick to technical stuff I understand than venture into idiot stuff like art or history. I dont feel like writing 10 pages about how a book or a piece of art makes me "feel". I am pretty good at that actually, but it is not in my comfort zone. Teachers dont get my wit.

Skipped bike today, yesterday went very long, up at 5AM, no rest, chores all day. Also I was sore and needed to do the schoolwork.

Anyway, all y'all have a great friggin day.
