Complete relief after PT this am. For about 30 minutes, but yay! Progress

195.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

It usually kicks my butt within 2 days. Then happiness. Glad you got relief.

The PT changed up treatment, and the next day near happiness arrived. Today she worked on me hard and I am on ice and heat, but it feels better, the good pain.
