Well I weighed in today and YAAAAAAAAA I finally have a drop. It may only be 1.5 but if you haven't noticed I have been in a holding pattern, think I would be doing better if I laid off the popcorn(yes with butter) but I have just been craving it everyday!! Well that means .5 from 10lbs Hopefully the trends continues and doesn't flat line again April is creeping closer
167.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week

Congrats on the weight loss! Every little bit counts! Better than going up like I did thanks to zero will power at the Super Bowl party!

Congrats! My girlfirend who got me on this diet says that everyone stalls no matter what and you have to push through it because the weight will begin to come off again. :)

I'm a popcorn addict also. We found that Jolly Time makes 100 calorie Healthy Pop Butter Flavor mini bags (about 1/2 a regular bag). 2g fat & 100% whole grain with 9g fiber. I know they say to eat air popped, but please, that's like eating cardboard. This is a pretty good alternative once or twice a week. See if that helps.
