Back down after a scary morning. Funny how I can drop 3 lbs. in one day. I'm guessing how, but that's better left unsaid... I thought it would keep the 316 I weighed in at this morning, but it didn't. So need to consider the 'stick to the diet factor' as Reasonably Well instead of 100 Percent, which I did today, but not yesterday!
313.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 108.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
