Up one # today. I feel like I didn't drink enough water yesterday.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

you very well might not have, water helps you clean out stuff and lose weight as well, also you were over calories the day before, and you had a few extra carbs yesterday too.
