1112 kcal Fat: 32.62g | Prot: 50.35g | Carb: 76.73g.   Breakfast: kellogg's special k multigrain oats & honey, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, coffee. Lunch: weight watchers smoked string cheese, del monte diced pears no added sugar, blue diamond chocolate almond milk, Fiber Therapy. Dinner: bacon bits, Zucchini, dijonnaise, laughing cow cheese wedge, coffee, sweet leaf green tea, roast chicken. Snacks/Other: merlot wine, almonds. more...
