Woohoo! I can do this, I can do this. 212.6 today, and if I can be a good lil' johnny, I may be in virgin territory tomorrow! For about the 1st time in quite a few weeks (drama!!0

The past few weeks I overeat on Thursdays, probably mentally or physically getting ready for my long bike ride on Friday morning. Today I am setting a goal to not do that. I will have a sensible lunch and dinner.

I have a seafood dinner planned at home tonight, crab, shrimp and veggies. Kids can have rice. My son is allergic to shrimp and does not like other seafood much, have to make him some chicken.

We are cat sitting for a friend. Our kitty Purrl is very brave and bully'ish through the glass windows and doors in our house. Turns out that is a bad sign, she is pretty aggressive. How that is panning out today, is that she is terrified and wont come out from behind the sofa. They had a bit of a tussle this morning, and Fiona (Guest Kitty) came out on top in round 1. Fiona has no aggressiveness, but seems to stand her ground well, and will give chase if messed with! Then she walks away, than goodness.

So our guest kitty Fiona gets to be placed in a room with my son for them to get acclimated. It may never happen, Purrl does not seem like she is down with that. Must have been horrible for her in the shelter in a room full of cats. Anyway, Fiona is so sweet and is like the total opposite of our cat. Makes me jealous, but I still love my Purrl... Anyway, Fiona is still better off than being boarded in a cage somewhere, and my kids will take good care of her. I hope Purrl can move on though.

Anyway, on with my day then. Have a great day ya'll. I am off the next 3 days, but shall be checking in. Low impact cheat day this week. Its all part of the master plan.

JP, you're doing so great. congrats! i wouldn't have courage for cat sitting. i know that my cat is kinda special....she was good friend with her buddy (they lived together for 8 years) but with other cats...she really don't like them. wish you a great day and have a delicious dinner! (sound really good!)
