Being sick and not eating caused me to drop to a lot of weight but once I started eating and working out again, I've finally came back to a healthy weight instead of dropping 16 lbs in like 3 days. Losing the pounds in numbers isn't always that good. I was so tired these past few days and stayed in bed and slept all day. The most important thing is looking and feeling good. As long as I have that I could care less about the actual number of pounds I weigh.
