Apparently ate quite a bit yesterday, but still stayed within my "guidelines"

Did my 10 minutes of remedial burpees and another hour of body resistance and weight resistance exercise. Things are coming along quite nicely. Finally including weighted core exercises in pursuit of that sixer.

Today will be lighter, and I'll be careful with happy hour after work. Chicken wings and Jameson anyone? Muahaha!

"remedial burpees" - that is funny! I am still working on trying to plank for more than an achingly painful 10 seconds LOL! But, I will say the mirror IS trumping the scale! I do look smaller and, dare I say, a little bit tighter!

HCB I do ok with planks, working on side ones, etc. Burpees and I just do not get along, my balance sucks lol! CJT so where are we going for HH? Come on we can't let something like 2500 to 3000 miles get in our way lol! Enjoy those wings!

I'd have the Jameson, but I don't eat meat on the bone. Actually, during the summer I'm more about rum & vodka than whiskey. Whiskey is a cold weather drink.

BJ's in concord, ca. Come on out, drinks on me! The wings should fear me. I'm going to go all mass murder-like on this little cluckers! Whiskey's a cold weather drink? Well, I do live in the SF bay area after all, it get's pretty chilly in the evenings so that makes sense ;) *up and over*!

Actually I REEEAALLLLY have to go to the gym tonight and probably won't be until later. (Haven't done a serious workout since that TRX and I can finall move. DAMN I can't make it lol! I have to be extra good for most of the week due to some plans so eat a few for me!

Oh - yeah - Clifford, your question about the pizza crusts: Udi's is a brand name out of Denver (I am not in Denver) that makes all gluten free products. The pizza crusts were in my grocery store freezer area. The gluten free didn't seem to bother me or make me crave more carbs - which would happen with regular crusts, I think. And, be careful who you invite to San Fran - I just might show up someday!!!! I love to travel. We are going to Yellowstone end of August! WOoHoo

Oh, I've always wanted to check out Yellowstone! If you do come to the bay, you'd definitely have to check out Yosemite. It's GOOOOOE-juss!!
