I'm happy with my weight loss.
159.4 lb Lost so far: 74.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1100 kcal Fat: 33.16g | Prot: 54.39g | Carb: 149.20g.   Breakfast: Bunny Bread 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Lunch Buddies mandarin oranges in 100% fruit juice, Cream Of Wheat, Brown Sugar, Kroger Peach Preserves, Tap Water, Centrum Silver Ultra Women's Multi Vitamins, Nature Made Vitamin D3. Dinner: Hormel Italian Style Beef Roast Au Jus, Friendly Farms Light Sour Cream, Margarine, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh), Tap Water. Snacks/Other: Benton's Honey Graham Crackers. more...
