Ugh I suck at losing weight. Maybe I should just give up... but i guess it's normal to fluctuate a few pounds. It's also hard to eat less while having tournaments every weekend and working out all the time, so I suppose I should be a little nicer to myself.
121.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

Don't give up...you can do it! You just have to keep working at it! It is not easy to lose weight but you will get where you want to be with determination and fight. Keep your head up!

Your diet history thing looks heavy on carbs. Carbs don't tend to make you feel as full for as long, so that you get hungry again sooner and eat more. Fats, on the other hand, do the opposite. You might try actually adding a bit more fat and see if it makes you less hungry so you don't eat as much of everything else. Just a small piece of cheese every so often as a snack, for instance.
