I should not avoid posting just because I am eating the wrong things and gaining. I need to be accountable. Let's just avoid sugar and bread today. Just get through this day and don't worry about tomorrow or what you did yesterday. Can you at least do that?
205.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 55.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
