I've reduced my calories so I'm supposed to only consume 1,600 per day. However, I've been over almost every day, and next week I'm bringing it down another 10 or 12 or something. I'm slowly reducing them so as to keep the weight loss up and get myself used to the eventual lower calorie diet I will be living with for the rest of my life. Why not get used to it sooner than later?

So I need to work on this. The thing is, I've got my stomach trained better and it tells me when it's full, but I think I'm just so used to eating too much. (This is only with snacks, as I do not typically overeat at meals.) I'm going to have to really stick to proper portion sizes, and I KNOW I need to pick better snacks. At night time I just CRAVE salt and crunch and all of that lovely stuff. And that's fine; I just need to pick things which are lower cal AND fun to eat. And this is easier than my silly mind likes to make it out to be. I knwo this.
258.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
