1.8 pound weight gain? Really? Must be because I started a new workout routine and my muscles are a little sore... Yeah I'll just keep telling myself that... Darn you ChaLEAN! You better end up giving me some awesome results!
101.8 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
