Stress is the culprit. Starting the diet (for real) and getting my life together. tough stuff. But when the going gets tough, I get going to the gym. Ha!
247.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 107.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
