282.2 - It's my highest weight in over a year, and it's the end... I'm actually surprised it's not higher given I just did vacation for 2 weeks, but I'm happy.

Yesterday was a good food day, so that's encouraging, and I've done well so far this morning, which is great.

I plan to work out - I'm hoping that I can get rid of this headache, I think is sinus related, before I work out, so that I can actually do a real workout, but if not, I'll still do something, even if it's something small. It's been months since I did a real workout, so I have to remember that I'm starting from a point where I'm unfit, so I need to take it slow - as discouraging as that is!

Anyways - onwards to my massage at 1:30, and then work in the afternoon for a bit (stuff I should have done last week, but procrastinated), and then dinner, then workout.
282.2 lb Lost so far: 56.8 lb.    Still to go: 83.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I feel your pain...it sure has been a rough couple of months! Hang in there...even if by your toenails. We'll get it together eventually!
