Still holding steady, but I need to find a way to jumpstart or change things up! Any ideas?
163.2 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How about a green smoothie, agua fresca, a bike ride somewhere new or trying a new recipe? I find variety in food or exercise perks me up.
