Weigh in was good, although once again, wanted at least 1 1/2lb loss, but... a loss is a loss. I have officially hit the 25lb loss club. I can't wait to hit my next mini goal and going to have to up the excersize daily, no matter how many hours I have to put into work. I really want 185 by end of April and will have to up it all to achieve it. the weather is not consistant, but it seems to be warming up a bit. We actually played basketball w/ the kids last night and then after dinner we played dance dance revolution on playstation, which we put on workout mode and I was only able to do 2 songs. I am going to start doing that nightly as it get your heart racing and my bum and belly are sore today from it...good workout and I need a change from the treadmill. I am planning on cooking all day Sunday again making meals for the week.That has really helped me stay on track knowing after working all day, I just need to heat up good, healthy food when I get home and not eat so much processed crap. Plus, the kids love helping me... Well buddies, I hope everyone has been good this week. I haven't been able to be on much, but you are all in my thoughts and prayers daily..... have a wonderful weekend and remember "thin".... smooches....
