Ah, finally out of the 160s! So I've started the walking around the neighbourhood again, with the Kayla. I didn't realize that pushing a stroller really amps up the work out going up the giant hill. Also I went out with my husband a couple times this week to hike the mountain behind the house. We haven't made it to the top of the big mountain, but have climbed the little one. That was over and hour of hiking so that felt really good. Our goal is to get to the top of the larger one to see Hart Lake this next week. :)
158.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 43.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
