Frustrated with the super slow weight loss... now I am still working out consistently, but slipping up on watching what I eat.

Today I am getting back on track and keeping close track of my food intake. I refuse to give up from frustration!

I think that my problem is that I can't come up with enough healthy and satisfying meals to share with my family, so I cook the foods they already enjoy, and end up eating it too out of habit and so I don't have to make something special for myself. I need to spend some time searching for some good Weight Watchers friendly recipes... but I barely have time to shower!

I feel your pain. It seems like you workout so much then a slip up with food and the workouts are shot. My friend runs a gym and is a trainer and he told me losing weight is about 80% diet and 20% exercise. Great! LOL! Best of luck!!!

There's a ton of WW friendly recipes out there. I also love cooking light magazine and they have tons of great family recipes online. You can learn to lighten up many of your own family type recipes (like lasagne) which you can freeze and take out during the week. Good luck!
