As I drove home yesterday, I totally had a CRAVING for Fiber One Pop Tarts. At the grocery, apparently they either stopped selling them or don't carry them. Pop Tarts makes a Whole Grain poptart with 5 grams of fiber per pastry. I tore one of them open before I left the parking lot. 4lbs is alot of weight to lose in one day. Still don't feel great today....green veggies back to back is a total No-No.
