Gained some weight and that is not good but I have been good on the diet but I think it could be a little stress related at this time but not to worry, I will just make up my mind to lose the weight and be done with it. Alot to look forward to at this time and I will be wonderful. Love, Me
194.4 lb Lost so far: 38.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
