Ok, ok scale you are the bane of my existance. I think you have it in for me. I was so good yesterday and you deflated me for a second, but I know I am looking better in my clothes and have more energy. I will not let you get me down. I could have a pity party but I know I am doing well on this plan. I think I am going to start looking for low carb alternatives that are real foods. I have cut out bread for the past week and have not craved it much. I might try the trader joes sprouted bread if I get a chance to go by there. Didn't wake up at 5 like I should have to workout, but I didn't go to sleep until 11 either. Today is a new day!
166.3 lb Lost so far: 1.7 lb.    Still to go: 16.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
