I have followed this diet perfectly! Looks like it is all paying off. I am following all the rules and I have only 27 more pounds to go!

175.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb. Still to go: 30.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 9.8 lb a week
