Shin splints!! I had this trouble when I ran track in high school, and now they're back. I hate to stop working out because I think it's making all the difference, but it hurts just to walk, much less run or do my Wii. One of my students (thanks Kelsey!) says I need different shoes. I guess I'll make a trip to Fleet Feet this week and get a pair that fit my stride. In the meantime, maybe I should ice them? OUCH!!
194.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
