This is driving me crazy!!! When I follow the diet I gain, when I don't follow the diet I gain. I'm slowing coming to the realization that this might all be PCOS related and need to convert my diet to a low carb, but I can't give up my fruits. Hoping to try the Fat Smash challenge next week and see if this helps. I'll be more willing to give up my yummy fruits after summer, but if I want to lose this weight it might have to happen sooner:(
166.3 lb Lost so far: 1.7 lb.    Still to go: 16.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
