Yesterday was a fall out day as well as the day before. However keeping this journal is helping me realize the consequences of what I'm eating, and how much processed foods are what are making me the way I am today! No more frappucino's from a bottle, chicken chalupas should only be one, not two....I need to once again stay away from Mountain Dew and find another way to help keep myself up at night...snickers may satisfy you, but they wreak havoc on your calorie intake...chinese food binge is a bad idea,especially if you're hungry a few hours later...try to only keep one kind of ice cream around, eating 3 chocolate drumsticks defeats the purpose of having ice cream in the house!!! I should be back to what I was the previous week in about a week or so (hoping). I should be getting the juicer today (hopefully) so I can juice for a week and see some serious results!
248.0 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
