its all smiles in my neck of the woods :)
221.9 lb Lost so far: 30.1 lb.    Still to go: 21.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1431 kcal Fat: 36.50g | Prot: 69.92g | Carb: 217.24g.   Breakfast: Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), jenny craig banana nut cereal. Lunch: lean cuisine oriental ginger beef stirfry. Dinner: whole wheat tortilla, lean chicken breast, i cant believe its not butter light, mixed vegetables. Snacks/Other: cinammon raisin bar, jenny craig cheese curls, banana. more...
losing 0.7 lb a week
