finally my swelling has gone down. it took a week for all that sodium and deep fried food to leave its effects on my tissue. Inflammation is definitely a sign of poor health. It makes me feel bad too!
208.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
