wrong direction-my sins have caught up with me...
216.7 lb Lost so far: 17.3 lb.    Still to go: 71.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't you just love it when your scale tattles on you....mine seems to get off on displaying all my weaknesses. Think my scale has a love-hate relationship with me. Understand the wrong direction....you just get it going in the right directions and whoops, there it goes off on its own again... Hugs and I hope this week is a successful week for you.

It happens to all of us. The important thing is that you are not going to quit. Just get back on that band wagon and keep going. You will have a successful week. I just know it! I hate that scale!!
