Well...no change in weight. I did a lot of lifting this past weekend. I moved furniture and boxes out of my storage unit and into my house. I was so sore Saturday. All weekend we were unpacking and throwing things out. We also worked in the yard. It was really good to get that stuff out of storage. That'll save us some money every month. I never made it to the gym over the weekend but I figured I was getting plenty of exercise just doing what I was doing. I'm back to step class tonight. I ate pretty well...I can't say perfect, but good enough. Hope everyone has a great day!!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Moving is WONDERFUL exercise! You don't realize how many cals you burn by moving all your stuff from one place to the next! I think I dropped about 3 pounds or so the last time we moved!! Hum, wonder if we should get jobs as a moving company? LOL..
