BG -- 109

..running late geting my posting done but I've dropped another pound. I had to step on the scale three times to be sure lol. We'll see how it goes in the weeks to come but I'm amazed at my energy level and my overall strength has improved. I can't help but be amazed!!! However, I did discover last night that after I finished my herb tea I started to feel like I was hungry when I knew I wasn't. Then I remembered that I always drank my herb tea plain but last night I added splenda. I'm thinking that the sweetener triggered false hunger so I'll have to remember to steer clear of ALL sweetners that late at night. <:)
208.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Your theory on Splenda could be right. I've found that I crave the drink made with splenda a lot of times.

Same for me, I have a diet cranberry drink at night and sometimes it does trigger hunger...I just ignore it knowing its not true hunger. Congratulations on the weight loss, another pound gone. :)
