Thank you to everyone who posted comments on my first journal entry. I feel it’s important to clarify that although at the end of the year I did go on a 120 day eating binge mostly pizza LOL. I never stopped my intense workouts. I am still walking 10 to 15 miles a day-I’ve added biking as well. My gym closed down six months ago but now a new YMCA is opening up in its spot. The pain of the break up-the cause of the Christmas binging-has subsided. I am now back on track and more determined than ever to rage past my earlier goal of 200 lbs to my new goal of 180 lbs. May the force be with me. Come on gang-let’s kick it!
