Really let things go yesterday...I've been so frustrated with hitting these "walls" I'm feeling like my body is fighting me on this process I am doing. I am sure I will gain a pound or two in the next couple of days as a result. Where do people find the inner strength to continue?
249.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You have lost 11 pounds in the last month. You are doing fine. Your weight loss seems to go in cycles where you lose, then stay the same, then lose etc. Look at your chart, as long as it's going downward, you are on the right track. Look at the big picture, not just the day to day. Weigh in weekly instead of every day if it bothers you. Most people have weeks where we stay the same, then drop a pound or two. It's pretty normal.
