Water, water water...not getting enough water therefore not losing any weight. Need to drink 8 glasses...
Lately i have only been walking once a week and picked up riding my bike. However, a weekly 6 mi bike ride does not replace daily walks of 3 miles. Need to walk daily (approx) and ride at least 10 miles once a week.
I noticed that i feel sop much better when I eat raw fruits and veggies like juice, salads, and seared stir-fry. (need a wok - makes a difference). However, it is such a nice treat to get a good cut of meat once a week and really do it up nice.. Teryaki Salmon, Smoked baby back ribs, Marinated Tri-tip.. Key is to have it only on weekends..
