I'm SO relieved! I have finally (got on the scale THREE times to be sure it hadn't just been moved and was therefore out of level)gone under my last lowest weight of a month or so ago! I was beginning to think I must have just lost my mind, because except for the occasional "treat", I have been really doggedly good at the diet. Even with re-calculating a few weeks ago,and going down another 100 calories a day. Now, we'll see if this is a one-day wonder, or if I can "hang" at this weight.....I've told my daughter that I seem to be addicted to weighing myself every day. Just can't walk by that scale in the mornings.
222.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 72.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
