I know it is all water weight, but I am actually really impressed with this (almost) vegetarian diet! I've been really good and haven't gone over my points so far this week, but the weekend looms. At least I still have my extra points to use then, but I'm sure a few lbs will creep back in. At least this is comfortable for now and I have been able to find some good substitutions for my sweet tooth!
163.9 lb Lost so far: 4.1 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
