Down another .5 lbs! Yayyyyyy Going for coffee with the girls so I think I'll take a protein shake with so I'll have something to drink while I'm there. I simply don't know of anything at an espresso bar that is low carb cuz I don't like coffee without cream!
292.5 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 92.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Next time go ahead and have a coffee, and add the cream. It's 1 carb. Congrats on the .5 weight loss. You are doing great!!
