Lost 1 pound this week; down almost 19 pounds although my highest weight is not listed on fat secret. My pants are finally looking too big on me, vs a little loose. Soon I'll buy some new ones to keep me going, and looking good during this interim period.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1112 kcal Fat: 35.12g | Prot: 63.94g | Carb: 77.78g.   Breakfast: oatmeal dry 1/2 cup (net carbs) SUGAR 1, sargento light string cheese. Lunch: tortillas multi grain, turkey, 1 tblsp reduced fat mayo. Dinner: string beans, turkey burger 4 oz cooked. Snacks/Other: peanut butter/natural, cheese shredded fat free 1/4 cup, 1 tblsp reduced fat mayo, salmon canned 1/4 cup. more...
